Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 2-8 business days.
No, we only ship within the United States. From our porch to yours, nationwide!
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Check your spam folder if you don't see it, or contact us for help.
If your book (or subscription item) arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@paperbackporch.com for store credit or a replacement. We'll cover return shipping of the damaged product!
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us ASAP with your order number and new address. We'll do our best to update it.
Returns & Store Credit
Books can be returned within 7 days for store credit or exchange if in original condition. Final sale items and merchandise (like bookmarks or shirts) are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping. See our full Return Policy for details.
No cash refunds—we provide store credit for eligible returns. This applies to books, damaged gifts, and damaged subscription items only.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your store credit to your Paperback Porch account within 1 to 2 business days.
